Hello, I pay someone to maintain my server, and yesterday he updated the name server IPs for my server. However now if I try to send an email to any of the sites that are hosted on my server, I receive this return email error:

A message (from <user@blah.com>) was received at 13 Jul 2004 1:23:52 +0000.

The following addresses had delivery problems:

<user2@blah2.com>
Permanent Failure: 550-Verification_failed_for_<user@blah.com>
Delivery last attempted at Tue, 13 Jul 2004 01:23:54 -0000

I replaced the real email address with "user@blah.com" in this post. can anyone tell me how to fix this?

This error must be rare since a lot of people whom I asked dont know what the problem is.

Did you enable 'SMTP Authentication' in your mail client before you send the email ? It is possible that POP3 before SMTP was enabled and require you to verify the email account before sending.

Make sure the MX records were created correctly for all domains that are on the system. It seems that it is will showing the old IP which will be confusing it.

Also your email software will need to be updated in the SMTP to the correct IP's to communicate on.
