As I am not american, and I dont want to spent so much with international calls, are there any company that manages servers and have live chat/instant mensseger?

ps. I found some options on http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=289639&perpage=15&highlight=rack911&pagenumber=2 , but i dont know if any of them offer live chat.

Burst.Net offers AOL based support and Fastservers.net offers excellent support via their help desk.

I think ServerMatrix.com also offers live support, but have yet to try it.

If you need something managed, servint is the way to go.

Although unofficially used, the admins there do have AIM.

You could go for a managed server from rack911.com as well.
