You might want to keep track of this (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=29545) thread; as there are several. But, it seems that this is the one that is mostly posted to. ;)

Yes, it has been down for about 3 hours now. They know about and are working on but they have no idea when it will be up again.

We are all waiting :o :o :o

The problem is they're having some dumbass attack the network. They're attacking it and taking the whole damn thing down. But I did talk to Keith and he said the reason why no one could get though is because to many people is calling but **** they need more then one line. Anyways they're working on setting up a block so no one can attack it I guess. I heard Burst was good but I hate downtimes ahh.

You don't need to ask for your money back. Burst.net is a top notch NOC and their connectivity is super fast. They had a DOS attack and when that happens even Microsoft will fall... there is nothing that could have been done. This was the first downtime I've had with Burst in over 4 months. I know others have had downtime but when people who are inexperienced get in unix and f*** things up then you have problems.

You'll get great service from Burst.... just sit tight.

Don't show your stupidity please.... a DOS attack can't be stopped by ANYONE so this reflects in no way to burst's reliability.

My server is still down this is getting me very fustrated. I can get to Burst.Net but yet my server is down really making me mad. But I'm sitting tight or trying to.

Well I'm sorry to hear that... I don't know what could be the problem now. My server has been up for the last couple of hours with no problems since. Can you telnet in at all?

router hardware issues, we are working on the problem... Do you guys run Redundant Cisco™ 7206VXR? Are both giving you problems, care to share so we can all learn?
