Hello,

I have a domain with NetSol. I want to transfer it to other registrar (GoDaddy).

The admin email address record is invalid. I cannot change it for some reason.

Anyway, I followed the NetSol way. I faxed the info requested along with my ID. It has been 3 days and when I go to WHOIS, I do not se any changes on my Admin email address.

How long does it take to update the info?

Can I still transfer it to a different registrar even if I cannot access the admin email record?

You might have to wait at least 5 business days for NetSol to make the changes. Once when I sent them something by fax, I had to wait almost 2 weeks!

try calling them directly and talking to someone there... you might have to wait on hold for a while but it works for me.... all you have to do is be extremly polite and expain the issue.... most times they will fix it for you on the spot.... but, sometimes you have to call back.... either way, I find that calling them solves the problem.....

can't hurt to try.... who knows you might get someone who is feeling like helping you.... its not like their automated system is easy to understand anyway.
