Having to move our sites sometime this week and need your opinions on the following hosts. I'll of course trawl through the forum and see if I can find answers but speed is of the essence here so your help would be appreciated.

That's just a few i'm looking at.
What we need is UK based servers. Good support. Must be able to handle multiple cms sites. And no 12 month contracts!

Use SEARCH function in WHT and fill with your company you need to know.
It will faster than this thread you were post, beside you won't mislead by any good comments in this thread only.

Thanks but i need info from people who have used the hosts. Not advertising from companies with a vested interest.

I know people could also give me biased opinions based on their own interest in a particular company but I think I can sort the wheat from the chaff :)

That's the problem with Hoste Quote. Probably sounded like a great idea when it was conceived but as an end user it's pretty much useless to me.

I don't need quotes from companies. I can get those anywhere. What I needed was opinions about the hosting companies from end users like myself.

Anyway, it's all pretty academic now as I went with Heart Internet. At the moment i'm very glad I did but it's early days yet. However if their customer service is anything to go by they are going to be a great company to deal with.

I had replies to my support tickets within ten minutes and that was at 11.30pm!! They were extremely helpful and obviously knew their own products very well. Which is more than can be said of many hosting companies.

Also our sites load a hell of a lot quicker now and I have some very happy customers :)
