Can you guys please help me by sharing your experiences?
I am looking for a good and reliable dedicated server solution under 400$/month. If anyone can recommend a company based on your own experience.
Thank you in advance. :)

I have a managed dedicated server with http://qwk.net. Been there just under a year. No problems, except they could do a better job communicating via e-mail. The few problems I've had, most of which relate to the forum software we're using (a huge RAM hog), have been handled within minutes as long as I've taken it to the telephone. This is the most trouble-free host I've been with in 5 years and 8 hosts. See the last URL in my signature for all my horror stories.

Searching the forums will answer this question.
Also, you say you want to spend less than $400/mo but you don't give what kind of server specs you need. ie. RAM, HD, bandwidth, etc.
If you're looking for the best, I think most people will agree that rackspace.com is good. You'll pay a premium price for a preium service though.

Just ones listed in your posts (as psuedo signatures), others you don't run/own are fine. Please contact me/any mod via PM, as this si a complete tangent in the thread.

Without the specs, it's very hard to give any suggestions, you could be looking for high bandwidth servers for $400. But for $400 you might be able to get a good deal at Rackspace.com , they now include 30GB bandwidth with all their dedicated server packages (it used to be 10GB). They are extremely reliable, I've been with them for close to 4 months now.
If you want a bit more spec for the price, then I would recommend Burst.NET, they came second on my list of top web hosts.
