Anyone know of good tutorials out there that teaches how to skin the latest version of vBulletin?

is it just me or is the vb interface a bit cluttered? has anyone had any luck on skinnging/disabling features so that it looks a little more streamlined?

I find vBulletin the easiest forum to Skin.

I love to slim it down and try to make it look as user friendly as possible, I find it fun. O.o
