What exactly is the correct way to do this? I allow my clients to sign up even if they don't have an existing domain. I inform them that we can set one up later and just put the domain name you're interested in setting up or I'll give them a username.domain.com to list as a transferred domain. WHM creates the account via the username.domainname.com for me automatically of course and they're able to use that. Well recently I got a request to add a domain to the account so I did in Autopilot and then pointed the domain to my nameservers. I had a few issues that and had to involve tech support which the fixed immediately. The account in WHM still lists teh subdomain as the domain for the account. Is there something I should do in WHM to assure this will work correctly?

go into Cpanel and see if the domain was added, or just see if the name resolves to the correct site.

Well, from the way it looks, Tech Support has to go in and manually make changes to the account's domain name. Thans for your help though.
