I'm hosted on a friends dedicated server at host rocket. My site has been down for quite a while. Simultaneously rocketsupport.com has also been down. I did a traceroute to both the sites and


cr-01-pos-0-0-0-155m.bngh.twtelecom.net (168.215.111.14)

reports destination is unreachable. Are they having problems with their upstream provider? In this case Time Warner Telecom. There was some downtime yesterday about which there was a notification before the downtime started. They said they are installing a new firewall. It resulted in a four hour downtime.

anyone got any info? Are your dedicated servers working?

All of our customers sites and servers are 100% operational, there was a message up yesterday and last night about us doing work on our new datacenter this morning networking wise, which is where our support server is located. We are still monitoring all the servers etc. the same over our backup connection, they're just re-doing some networking stuff on our main connection here.

The only way I can think of that you might be down is if you are on one of our support guys personal boxes here at the office.... If thats the case then you'll just have to hang in there :) This is all scheduled downtime at our location only.
