Do you know anything about it? is it good or bad?
also how is their discount rates for payflow link and pro? i searched in their sites and couldn't find anything .

It is only a gateway - you still need a CC processor. They have transaction rates but not the discount rates on their website. But resellers usually offer the gateway at a cheaper price.
The gateway is pretty good - you get the 'brand' verisign that a lot of people know.

ok , i have paysystems now but their prices are a little bit high , do you recommend me to change them to any other processor that use verisign's gateway?

It all depends. Where are you?
It seems you are wanting to do your due diligence, which is great. Changing processors can sometimes be a bit hectic. The three manjor gateways are Authorizenet.com, LinkPoint, and Verisign. Each of them has their pros & cons.

I would have to check with my business partner to see what he says. He is the one that knows a few people processors. What are you paying now? Since you are not in the US, rates are going to be more expensive.

I'm paying paysystems $50 setup fee and 3.95% + $1 per transaction .
the setup fee is not a problem for me , the problem is with the rates .
