I've a PayPal Business Account (Verified). I've a credit Card added. To withdraw (as everyone knows) I need a US Bank account. However, I need to know:
- PayPal account holder name is John and US Bank account holder's name is Daniel, would that work? or does both (PayPal and Bank) accounts should be in one persons name?
- If I add a US Bank account, do I still need to add a credit card? or I can do without a credit card?
Asked PayPal bout it 3 times, either they dont reply or just paste the info from their FAQ

No problem at all!
I have a PayPal business account on my business name only, and a US personal account on my private (first and family) name only. I withdraw money from my PayPal account to my bank account without any problem (2 years already).
The bank doesn't care about that, because for them an incoming wire transfer into your account can be from anywhere; from yourself or from a third party.
When you enter a US bank account in your PayPal profile, they'll ask you to confirm it. They deposit two different very small amounts into you account, a few cents each, and you must confirm exactly how much money you received. That's the way PayPal verifies that it's really your bank account.
Also, when adding a bank account to your PayPal profile, you're not asked what the name of that account is.
I hope this helps.
About the CC, I'm not sure. I think that as a merchant you do need to attach at least one CC (or DC) to your PayPal account, but it's better to await a more knowledgeable response, or an answer from PayPal.

Hmm..Your last name matches atleast. But I'm gonna use my Uncles account and the names are tottaly different. I got a reply from em after a week now (thanks to em for replying) and they said that the Bank account must be in the name of the person exactly as registered in PayPal profile. However, I dont think they btoher bout it. I'll give it a go.
and for credit card..I'm waiting for the reply from them 4 days now...:)

why don't you register an account with your uncles name?
