Hi,

A few days ago I have (re)-compiled apache with the standard values WHM sets. However there is a problem now with 1 single domain of one of my clients.

http://www.hqxp.net/hq/
- if you browse that site some images appear to broken but they're physiccaly present on the server. Some images do appear but that's randomly on every page refresh.

http://69.41.247.210/~hqxpnet/hq/
- that's the same site but accessed via IP, here it seems all images are working.

All CHMOD values are set correctly, there are no htaccess files present on the account. I tried various keepalive/timeout options to change but without success. Also my DNS zone seems to be correct as both www. and IP are present.

I've seen that happen on other sites, but you stumped me because they do work via the IP. There's nothing I can see which accounts for this, you can reload the page or each image that doesn't show. Sorry I can't help, but I'm interested if anyone else can. It isn't an uncommon problem, just most of the sites I've seen with it don't seem to care.

I think it has something to do with DNS zones. But have no idea whatsoever to fix it. Just waiting for someone who can help me as some customers are complaining about the issue.

I disabled the bandwidth module (mod_bandwidth.cf) by setting it on OFF (it was ON).

Problem solved and the planet wanted me to pay $75 for that :p. hah!

Well, if you had clients complaining and they dropped everything to solve your problem, unless they implied it would be free I'd say pay them. $75/hr is not unreasonable, in most cases there's a 1-hr minimum. If you did it yourself, great work, your post was a touch unclear?
