I assume this is for our VDS, in which I am the team leader.

Cpanel comes with an additional fee of $30 a month. :)

The server specs of the VDS server are as follows:

CPU: Intel 2GHz
RAM: 1GB (and will upgrade as needed)
HDD: 80GB

And the guarantted CPU/RAM varies depending on the package, which is as follows:

Virtual Dedicated Server 1: RAM Guaranteed: 64MB CPU Guaranteed: 100MHz
Virtual Dedicated Server 2: RAM Guaranteed: 128MB CPU Guaranteed: 200MHz

All VDS's can burst to the full host CPU speed if it is needed. :)
