Hmmmm.... Can't seem to find much info at all. I will say however, that their plans are not very good value for money (particularly considering the amount of bandwidth you are allocated). You should find far better deals around the Net - search this forum and you'll find plenty of recommendations.

Try sending a couple of e-mails to support and see how fast they reply.
Or dial their 800# and see if anyone picks up.
