why are people so worried about where someone else's post is? i'm sure the mods know how to do their job.

anyway... on to actually replying to the post.

if you want a massive corporate giant who doesn't care about you, whose customer service and support techs are rude jerks and will do nothing to help you.... then i'd definitely suggest valueweb.

i honestly had really crappy luck with them back in the day when i was just hosting a website.

Do a search...it seems like it's mostly positive. That's a good deal for the hardware. Support isn't all that great, there are other places you should probably consider.

I don't know what to think of valueweb... not too much experience, but I can tell you that price and quality of service go together... Don't expect the world for $59 :P

Why are you so worried about someone trying to help someone else out. This was posted in the advertising forums, and as such would not get her any replies. She is new here, it was late, so I was just helping her to get this in the right forum, so she could get the info she requested. And yes I did ask the mods to move it.

it's okay.. lol i don't mind. everybody makes mistakes & it's not the first time i've posted something in the wrong forum ;) i don't usually post in forums very often. i'd have to say this one would be the most i've ever posted in.

as far as hosting with valueweb goes, i was just asking, becasue i saw that promo & was interested in what you guys had to say about them. i've found a good host that i'm very happy with & am not looking to move any time soon :) thanks for your input though! i appreciate it :)
