Hi guys, I'm going to be selling space on a rackshack server running on Ensim, but I'll need an experienced support rep to take e-mails for me.

In case the question pops out, I'm not so good with the technical aspects of webhosting, but I do the marketing and sales part pretty okay, that's why I'm looking for a support rep.

Terms negotiable. I can pay on a per client or per incident basis, but please note that I'll be hosting quite some subdomains, and very small sites such as 10Mb or so, so I might want to offer a different payment term for this. If you want, I can even pay you by giving you a hosting account - your terms naturally.

I can possibly do this I used to have Enism until I changed to CPanel. It depends on the rates and stuff before I can say yes ;).

If you want someone just to reply to E-Mail saying that the problem or question will be dealt with soon, I can do it for a small monthly cost. I am a quick learner so I can pick things up quickly. This would increase the support rating of the site.

why not outsource your support with a company like bobcares.com or something like that.
