Hello let me explain my idea here to you guys before i go into anything else. Basically We are redesigning hostburst.com and when we re open we will be offering high quility graphics design solutions. What i need right now is a team of designers and programmers that will take on projects, and work as a team to finish them. Also I will be opening a "template" store where staff can post work and sell it for their self (hostburst will not take any money from template sales). Im about to start advertising locally, and i think the results are going to be very good, which means a decent amount of work. As of now im not sure how i will do pay, but i think it should be fairing good because we will be charging a good amount per design... but right now im just looking for people that are interested in becoming staff.

Im looking for the following people:

4: graphics designers
2: web programmers (php/mysql etc )
1: 3d graphics artist
1: flash designer (can apply for graphics designer if he/she is good with graphics).

Just a note, i have to admit, HostBurst is one of the coolest names i ever heard! I don't know why but it just sounds realy cool! Good luck. I'd help but i have business prospects of my own right now.
