I was about to register with DDI, but then tried thier live tech support. I waited 57 minutes just to have this guy disconnect me, all I wanted was to try their demo but their links are broken. Are they always this bad?

So I've narrowed it down to Winlogical, Simra Hosting, & Cyber Servers.

I can't find anything on Winlogical & SImra Hosting. Does anyone have any experience with either of them?

It seems cyber servers has some possitive feedback.

Hope you can help :)

PS. Im glad I found this forum, or else I wouldnt have known I wasnt the only one ready to burn down datapacket.net

If you mean DDI is ddihosting then I heard some good comments about them. You can also try to PM or contact their rep here named as ddihosting.

There also reseller-center which I heard a lot good comments.

Search and read carefully their comments in here before you join them.

Winlogical, Simra Hosting, & Cyber Servers never heard of them in here.

If its DDIHosting, send them an email with your presales question...

At times the Chat respond is quick, but at times, no body respond. Their operators might be busy... So even I had mixed experience on live Chat.

But the ticket response is pretty fast and quick.

Before zeroing my host, even I did some research, but didn't came across Winlogical, Simra Hosting, & Cyber Servers

I went with DDI, Larry (CEO) consistently answered my questions well, the sites they host seem fast, and a lot of other research went into what particular features I needed. I'll check back with a better report when I've been with them for a while.

Funny enough, my worst issue is with my domain registrar and setting up the custom nameservers but that's the registrar's fault not DDI!

I have been using Cyberservers for around 6 months now. I have been using both a windows reseller and linux reseller account. Their services are great. Very little if any downtime at all. They are always on top of problem/questions you have.

I am currently with ddihosting, and I had the same problem with the live chat, but amazingly after I signed up I recieved great support. My site has been up 24/7 so far no downtimes. I am very happy with them and I recommend them for you :)

agreed, iGravity. Larry rules!

Harsha, I'm concerned. You asked for cyberservers URL - you aren't planning on defecting from DDI are you? I'm sure me, iGravity and Larry could change your mind :)

And the good thing about it is when you have a question, Larry answers it with your answer and additional information which really helps a lot.

No way, I am having excellent experience with DDI. I am enjoying my stay at DDI. Larry is great host.

I just want to check cyberservers for knowledge sake. As I never heard of them before. So just cyber exploration.

Thanks for the info guys. I think I might give DDI a shot, their email support seemed pretty good compared to their messaging support. I'll let you know what happens :)
