If you're talking about metatag keywords, rest easy. There's hardly a search engine left that even acknowledges this tag's existence, let alone uses it for ranking.

If you're talking about keywords within your content, well-written content, a good title and proper use of <h*> tags will get the job done for you. There are no great secrets to this. But if you want more specific help, try posting a link to your site. At least this way someone may be able to point out opportunities to fine-tune your site for search engines and/or keep from spamming them with keywords.
