I've been trying to get onto Dan Vine's site today and last week, and I think it may be down for good! For those of you who are not aware, Dan Vine runs/ran a browser screenshot service that let you see your site in Safari, IE6, IE5.5, IE5, IE4, Opera7.23 and FireFox.

And it was free! If you've ever pulled your hair out attempting to running multiple instances of IE on one computer, you can appreciate how valuable this service was.

Has anyone heard anything about this? The links to his testing pages were:

I know he served this out of his house with a rack in one of his closets. I wonder if he's moving this into a datacenter...

Well, the site appears to be back online, though the various IE builds are overloaded at the moment (happens all the time), so it may be difficult to check these right now. But the Safari screenshots work just fine.
