I am looking to sell my clients to an established host who has 2 or more people working for/running the company. The prospective host needs to have a Direct Admin server running. More important than price is the track record of the host who is willing to take them off of my hands.

All of the clients have been notified and I have excluded those who will not go with the client base. Only 2 clients who are on this list of included have not contacted me but theyre on recurring auto payments so they are less inclined to leave. Here is an image with the client breakdown info (http://www.imageark.net/0001/A9MkVT.gif). Some client have more space of bandwidth than the plan calls for because of referrals. Here are the plan details (http://www.imageark.net/0001/yOo48X.gif).

Along with the clients you have the option to take the hosting domain which has clientexec and stardevelop live chat licensed to it. The 2co account can also come with it to keep the recurring credit card paying clients a smoother transition. I currently manage 21 of the clients domain which are at enom which can be pushed to your account.

On average these clients generate1-3 support tickets per month. They have all agreed they will renew their plans as long as the server is kept up and running smooth. There is 1 client on a custom plan which requires shell access and a cron command that needs to be executed as root (copies custom email alias file to account alias file every hour). If you have php safe mode on, there are a few clients who require it to be off for their account, Direct Admin has an interface for this.

Currently all of the clients total to about 3gb disk space and average 80gb monthly transfer.
Please note to anything who wants the licenses, if the prospective host doesnt want them, they will be sold if theyre developers allow license transfers at a later date.

If you have any more questions post them here or you can use the links below to email or pm me.

Thanks to Woogs for hosting the image at www.imageark.net

Hey,

We would be interested in taking on some of your clients.

We are UK based and run DirectAdmin.

What I, and i'm sure others, would like to know is the total monthly income generated.

The monthly recurring clients total $163 per month. Yearly income for these clients total an even $2700.

$163 * 12 = $1956 per year for the monthly.
$51 * 4 = $204 per year for the quarterly.
$30 * 2 = $60 per year for the bi-yearly.
480 total for the yearly.

I am selling the base as a whole and I have someone in mind who I am talking to already. I cannot officially close this but unless you have an amazing track record my mind is pretty much made up. I will still be taking offers but only as a contingency plan incase things dont go their course.

Could some someone quantify and corroborate 'amazing track record' and exactly what this is based on.

What about a small business that offers excellent service and reliability at very competitive prices.
