Ensim's CBM has domain manager that manages a few servers. and it's billing interface allows you to create accounts and instantiate domains on different servers. Go check out CBM/RAS at the Ensim website. ( I believe that there are CBM plans for cobalt too.)

I thought the CBM, Domain Manager, & RAS all required ServerXchange to manager multiple servers?

CBM/RAS/DM is deployed (installed) through serverxchange.

But in running RAS, you can add WP to Domain manager, with that, you can use the RAS plans ( Linux virtual site I believe), and they will add the domains to WP when a plan is activated. This itself is unrelated to serverxchange ( in the sense of opcenter, control center, physical server, vpses).

So, in summary, CBM/RAS/DM in operation talks to WP, create domains. Only the installation is driven by serverxchange.
