Keep in mind though that the .Org registry is no longer accepting IDN registrations, so if you do any of those anywhere they will fail regardless.

No, I will register .com and .net domains. But nowhere could register my domains.

But eNom doesn't allow me to get new account :) (The error: We are unable to process this transaction because we are currently not accepting orders from this IP.)

Is there any registrar else?

The way to get arround the IP block is to contact fraudcredit@enom.com. They will want you to send in a copy of your picture goverment issued ID card, a copy of your credit card, and you credit card statement showing your address. Your address on the credit card statement must match your government issued ID card, and you would fax that to them at 1-425-274-4519 attn:Christine.

I would call/email them first though just to get a dialoge gonig, as if you just faxed it over and nothing else they most likely wouldnt do anything with it as they would know nothing about it.

I'm from Turkey

It's not a problem for me if they want a copy of my credit cart. But why they don't explain what the problem is?

Is there any other registrar can I register IDN :)
