The LS version (which is what RackShack is using) is anywhere from $99 to $999 (depending on how many domain licenses). The Webppliance platform though starts at a startup fee for $5000 (not $4k) and then a commitment of $2500/mo for a negotiable number of VPS's.. Apparently the product has improved a lot since then though, but I'd definitely choose plesk over it anyday.
