I am trying to make an accurate bid on an eCommerce site.
I am familiar with setting up oscommerce and using basic pay pal cart.
This client wants a very professional stock image and film site with server mirroring, QuickTime previewing (custom modules I suppose) of film clips and forums.

1.) What ecommerce solutions would you recommend for this caliber of package?

2.) What kind of hours or rates would you estimate charging for this sort of setup?
