Hello, i currently run a website that offers free and premium email, we also plan to run a forum which was requested by our users after a poll.
I have just received an email from a website that claims we are "obviously trying to pass-off or trade on the goodwill."
Our websites names are very similar, we are singlar they are plural version of a generic none trademark phrase.
They offer a service that is related to website name, it is a paid for and closed service, no one who does not pay can use service or view message boards.
Any advice on how we stand?
we have not yet made forums live.
