I've been looking for Human Click support software. Does anyone recommend it? Is there other cheaper ones, or maybe close to cheap. I don't want junk. It's gotta be solid so I can provide an extra service to my existing web host clients.

Your help is thanked.

HumanClick is a good software.

The only thing I don't like is the price.
:D

When I used it, it gave me a lot of problems. Maybe it's just me, but it was using about 40mb of ram, and made my computer sluggish, and after a while it would just bluescreen (not regular for me, in windows 2k)

Anyway, other than that, it's a nifty app. I probably just need more than 128 ram. :D

I haven't tested Human Click but I do use New Channel (very expensive) and it is terrific. I'm about to test Eloqua (also a little pricey) and I'll let you know the outcome if you are interested. I use these systems as lead generators.

Human Click is very good, IMO.

I like the way you can track the visitors on your site :)

I saw an excellent software that http://www.Iarna.co.uk are using..
This is the best customer service tool available in my opinion, not sure about the name though...
