Are there any hardware vendors out there who provide leasing for rack-mount 1U and 2U servers? I am looking for one who will allow flexible payment schemes of 1 to 2 years.

You might be right - I have no personal experience with QSol. But when you check for a price on their site it gives you an outright one and a lease one so that would lead one to think... :)
