Hi All,

Okay whenever I send a PM, it asks me if I want a receipt request or something like that.

I always check it off, but I am never notified when the person actually did read my PM.

Is it supposed to notify me?

If not, how do I go & find out whether the PM is still sitting there not being read or has been read?

2nd Question...

I think I started off with 10 points right?

I'm understanding that the more points you have the more warnings you have had. Is that correct?

How do I get my points down to zero from the original 10?

When you are warned, I am assuming you receive something in your PM box correct?

To see if a message has been recieved click Request Read Receipt. When you log back into your user control panel goto Private Message. Click the PM Tracking link at the bottom of the page or use the jump to Message Tracking pull down link. You can then see if a user has recieved your message.

Warnings are sent to the email address registered with WHT. In the message a point value and duration is included. The duration is the time it takes for the points to expire.
