You can use:
VNC
PC Anywhere
MS Terminal Services
We recommend Terminal Services because it's faster and more secure than any of the above. PCA is slower and locks up a lot, VNC is not that secure. The only issue with TS is that you don't get the actual desktop, but it's a virtual desktop. This is an issue for programs that run, and you interact with, on the actual desktop (ie. older versions of FTP Serv-U).
Hope that helps!

I also recommend Terminal Server. If you are using Win 2000 then you already have it ( comes with the CD ).
Another program I have used ( when I had a box with CrystalTech ) is Timbuktu ( http://www.netopia.com/software/products/tb2/win/ ).I had never heard of it before but got a free license with the server I rented.

Sorry about that:
MS Terminal Services - The server is on the Windows 2000 Server CD and is installed by selecting "ADD/UPDATE SOFTWARE" in the control panel. The Advanced Client can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/downloads/recommended/TSAC/default.asp
VNC - http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/download.html
PCA - http://www.symantec.com/pcanywhere/Consumer/
