Does anybody have or know where I can get up-to-date or at least close to be updated valid domain list(both top level and DNS)

Appreciate any help.

I think BalticSea was just trying to be helpful.

When people see .de they tend to expect things to be in German. I think the intended message was "Don't worry, it's a .de but contrary to what you might be expecting it's in English"

I don't think such a list exists as it will be outdated every day ;)
You have to look up every domain manually with http://whois.sc ,
http://www.internic.com/whois.html etc
