I knwo a few that will have quite a good "anonymous" setting .. but you whant the NOC to be anonymous as well ? .. that will be a little hard if the NOC doesn't have the SWITCH masked nd SWIP the IP's down to you .. :(

sorry for my poor english, but I mean "anonymous" regarding a company that offers reseller plan as a part of a dedicated server located at a noc (verio, nac, vdi...)
