From yesterday's color switch they have ran into alot of problems, I needed a reboot so far and have been down since 10 pm of last night, it is now 2 pm. Which puts me down for 14 hours so far. And from what there saying it will take another several hours, so always remember, you get, what you pay for. There a good company but really lasy when it comes to reboots.

I would like to second this, we had problems as well. Hopefully things will improve as other hosting company's challenge their $99/RaQ4 turf and they are forced to compete on the service level.

I would agree that there have been some definite issues as of late...but it looks like they are moving to resolve them...

I have been a RackShack customer twice. The first time was a complete disaster, and this time it seems to be working out.
A few things to note about RackShack:
1) Great prices
2) Automated processes
3) You are responsible for your box
It is imperative that you note number 3 - as many people are attracted to the prices but forget that these dedicated servers are UNMANAGED - ie, they are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
Having said that, if you ever run into problems with hardware, or if your box crashes for whatever reason - your downtime can be anywhere from an hour to 72 hours (as was my disaster when my RaQ 4i went down).
My advise to anyone considering RackShack - is to ask yourself what you intend on using the server for. If you intend on hosting any mission critical websites - the onus is on you to keep the server up and running. Otherwise, the prices are great and I find the performance pretty good too.
My 2 cents.
