I suggest you get this (a good quick graphics viewer anyway!):

Once installed, go to OPTIONS > Capture

Press START (bottom button), then click on the WHT screen you want to capture, then Press CTRL+F11 and save the resulting image to HD.

To check to see if you have any scumware installed on your computer I recommend going to download.com and searching for Ad-Aware. It's this neat little program that will search your registry, and hard drive for any scumware.
