Depends, what kind of articles? You can pick just about any teen writing site and ask for permission to use articles. Or does it need to be articles about things in the news? Because thats out of a teens league most of the time.

You might want to post a job on elance, or the variousother freelancing websites. If you really get desperate, you may even consider a classified ad to find an expert on the subject.
