I like what their site says they are offering, but I've never heard of them before. Are they reliable?

I've never heard of them, however it might be a good idea to email them and ask for a free trial account. Also if they have a 30 day money back guarantee, you should be able to request a refund if they don't stack up.

I only know of their free hosting and they just delete a site without informing the owner. And they state a nonsence reason for the deletion.
