After almost 2 years as a customer at Communitech.net (CT), they have locked me out of their message board. My account is set to expire on the 26th or November.
I posted a message to a thread the other day that was started by resellers who had resold accounts suspended without warning due to a run away script. They couldn't believe that CT would do that and not simply disable the script and warn the customer.
I simply stated that CT would not change that policy and if they wanted a web host that did not do that, they would have to leave like I did.
I attempted to access the board this evening (it's directory is password protected) and my logon information had been deleted.
I didn't bad mouth them...I simply stated a fact - CT isn't gonna change. Their policy is to suspend first, ask questions later.
So you can add me to the list of long time customers that would suggest my worst enemy try their services.
