I'm looking into moving my accounts to a new host, and have been looking at VO for some time now. Anyone that is currently reselling for them, give me a low down. As in how is support response time, server downtime per month, E-mail every go down etc etc.

Maskedbaboon!?!! WELCOME! When I played tribes2 I played you in TWL 12 vs 12( I was in {253} ).
I've heard VO is really good, you should do a search on the forums (at the top).

I did take a look, and for the most part people have had good comments. I Also get the same feeling from the VO forum.

Just thought I would ask, if anyone is using them would help the most....

Naw I quit tribes for a while :) . Our Web Hosting company is growing so I don't have much time for games, especially tribes since its massively team based. :)

Good luck with VO if thats the route you choose to go.

I have 5 servers with VO, and I can only say good things about them.
Response time, is usually 10-20 minutes.
My only downtime was for a D.O.S. attack to VERIO, but they solved in a couple of hours. Otherwise the network is very solid.

I really recommend VO.
