Hi there, let me begin by stating my current situation. I have an account with Namecheap and I am running my webserver from home. I also use dyndns.org for dynamic dns.
Additionally I also use Direct Update for automatic updates.

The problem that I am facing is that I am unable to access my website at http://www.planetphyber.com

but I can access it however at http://planetphyber.com and my email phyber@planetphyber.com also works without any problems.

Direct Update reports no errors whatsoever and I am puzzled why I cannot type WWW?

Can anyone please help me in this matter? Is there a problem with Namecheap DNS server? Or is Direct Update the culprit?

I'm not sure why you cannot access that URL, but I can access it fine.

Works fine here. Slow but works with the www. What was the error message you been getting ?

including www also works from europe, slow but it works

Both work fine from UK, in fact the WWW version was slightly faster !

All pings fine and the website is certainly available in a few secs. What is the current prognosis?

maybe just dns update issue which takes time usually to propagate globally (upto 72hrs)

use dnsreport.com or checkdns.net to check stuff remotely.

Yep, works fine for me too - asks me to download something right away though - probly the sound/images/video?
