Can any recommend any host that would have the following:

150mb of space or more
6gb of bandwidth
30 subdomains/ftp accounts
SSI
CGI
PERL

I want to stay away from Dedicated servers...and I would like to stay under $13.00 a month...

I really need a new host...I have to move before this month's over....please?
