I would trust these guys before anyone else.

They wrote the X-Skin and they are partners with Cpanel.net.. They also offer the same pricing as everyone else because $55.00 per month external is standard for everyone..

Futhermore, If you contact cpanel.net directly, you can finance a lifetime license for around $129.00 per month for a year or so.. Not many people seem to know this. Not even those who rent licenses.

External licenses are a ripoff, you would be much better off buying through a DC. :)

Thats true, but not all DC's offer it.

go with cplicensing.net The owner is well known in the cpanel community, alot more than anyone else.
