It is for LLC business registration in Delaware. sqposter 12-15-2001, 06:14 AM not bad pricing but can I ask why you want DEL. for your LLC or Inc.? if it's for your future IPO then your wasting your time. this all the paper work you are going to end up with ( no including the re-structure and issuing of shares ) it's better not to waste your time. netsolutions 12-15-2001, 06:20 AM The reason I want Delaware is 1) because they don't offer a international package for anywhere but Delaware and 2) I don't live in the US and I hear if you don't then Delaware is the best place to register. Really tax friendly and all. sqposter 12-15-2001, 06:27 AM still not a good enough reason. why not open your firm in the "Isle of Man" if you are looking for the tax dodge. otherwise I would speak to an accountant that deals in cross boarder business ( my bess guess is to look for accounting firms in Montreal and Toranto ) netsolutions 12-15-2001, 06:29 AM First of all it's Toronto not Toranto. Second, I am not looking for a tax dodge. I actually do want a US registered business and I hear that Delaware is the best place to make that happen. sqposter 12-15-2001, 06:33 AM turn on your AIM i'll chat netsolutions 12-15-2001, 06:37 AM It's on now big_smooth 12-19-2001, 04:45 PM I want to hear what you guys are saying.. i'm also in toronto.. i'm also interested... netsolutions 12-19-2001, 08:22 PM big_smooth, do you have a hosting company? Do you find it as hard as I do running an Americian company from Toronto? big_smooth 12-20-2001, 03:37 PM Yeah... Considering the fact that you can't get a merchant account in Canada if you life depended on it...Since it's a relatively new company...and me being only 21. In order to incorporate and get a merchant account in the US, you need SSN and need to be a residence of the states...or have to shell out thousands. Most companies that offer merchant accounts to non US residence chage an arm and a leg for transaction and setup fees. |
