So far, things have been good. THey were 2 days late on the server setup, and they are going to give me a 40 gig hd upgrade instead of what i have now (20 gig)

Other then that, things have been good. I was a bit disappointed becuase they didnt put me on the above.net network ;(

They put me on NAC. They are moving out of above.net soon, but oh well. Anyhow, these guys are REALLY quick on answering calls, emails, emergency situations, and etc.

I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality service.

I will keep up to date on how things are going

Don't be too disappointed, as NAC is an awesome network too.

I second that. Only complaint is that they charge and arm and a leg for bandwidth.

NAC Bandwidth is expensive because it is good bandwidth. NAC has never tried to be the low-cost leader; rather the goal was, is, and always will be, to provide the highest quality service at a reasonable price. NAC may be slightly more expensive than some other providers, but you'll find that our network is worth the price.
