I am about to start my own hosting company and a few questions have come to my mind. One question is regarding reseller’s trouble tickets. Let’s say that I sell a client who orders reseller’s account, and I offer them support with the resellers account for them. Do you know of any trouble ticket systems that will allow me to give support to resellers anonymously? Basically to make this easier if I sell a reseller package with 24/7 customer support (included), how can I give the client a trouble ticket software that is intertwined with my trouble ticket software? Thanks! Looking forward to your help.

Yeah, when you have resellers they are responsible for their won support for their clients, but if you want to offer support to your reseller's clients, there might be a special ticket script made that will work the way you want or you can have one custom made. Try doing a search on HotScripts.com or something.

With H-Sphere, the trouble ticket system is built into the control panel. I could very easily go into one of my resellers admin panels and handle their customer support. In fact we do offer that in one of our reseller plans, however, that plan is more of a value added service rather than them starting up a web hosting company.
