I have to manage a project for someone and I need to find a designer for it. The site will be a music site. It will be a music portal so there will be areas for chats, message boards etc. and have login area.

Now the designer should be from the US and be near eastern time(let me explain, we'll like to be able to communicate with the designer at normal times of the day. Since contents and other things will change frequently this is very impportant.) Sorry about that but its business!!

There will be different phases of this project as well. So not everything will be built from the get go. The designer should be interested in moving forward with all phases, have previous Music design work to show or some type of a portal experience.

The graphics should be a music theme (Hip Hop) but look very professional. You will also do other web development work as needed. This is just not a graphics request.

Now what I'm looking for is people to show me templates of this type of design and I'll pick from the winner. You can post them here or email them to me. The winner will be picked based on what has been described above.

I have decided to make some changes to the requirements. I've decided to open the bidding to anyone from anyone as far as I can get in touch with you through either AIM or ICQ at least couple of hours during normal business hours my time. If we have complete opposite hours then it won't work. But if we can get at least 3-4 hours each day to communicate back and forth then we'll be fine.
