Looking for a simple template based around windows XP's graphics and menus.

The site will be a Windows XP based site discussing and reporting on tweaks, help, configs etc etc. No title/domain name has yet been thought of, so this is free for your imagination.

All I need is the main page with some contents boxes down one side and main menu either on the other or running along the top. Then one page where content would be located.

Willing to pay upto a max of $30 for something good. Although this could change for something different!
