Is it based on Timmah from Paradise Designs/Earhost or is it based on Timmah from Southpark?

I think you may not be seeing the full picture.

I would guess it is actually spawned from 'Timmah' from paradise designs/earhost, one of the most talked-about WHT characters.

Do a search on him (the thread was insanely long). You may find it via a thread that was started by 'Vortech', regarding CPanel licenses, if memory servers me correctly.

The easiest explanation would be the biggest scam artist in WHT history... a LOT of money involved in cPanel licenses Timmah decided not to pay for (he resold them) as well as a hosting company or two (earhost, paradise designs). There was another scam from a 2CheckOut type company (can't remember the name) that probably involved more $$$, but Timmah was around 16 at the time, and had the mentality of a 12 year old.

If I recall, Tim has a permanant ban from WHT after spending LOTS of time coming through proxies to get back and scam others.

He might have had the mentality of 12 year old, but he outsmarted a lot of folks here ;)
