I have a reseller who disappeared in Pakistan, client said he paid reseller 5 years, that guy only paid me a year b4 be disappear, client paid for domain renewal and insist that his hosting be done, but reseller disappeared 6 months ago, and account deleted. Also no reason why I shd continue hosting him when reseller did not paid me for such a long time. Financial prob bet him and reseller. He keep insisting , any suggestions?

Tell him he is free to signup with you but, he is not your customer. He is the customer of someone who had services through you so you cannot help him.

Those pakistani abusers... Just tell him that he didn't signed up with you... And his provider is lost... Tell him to do a Scavenger Hunt for his host and that his account will be deleted if his host doesn't pays you.
Delete the account after 5 Days with no response.

Quite a headache he insist he dun understand my English and want me to go online MSN to chat with him. Quite simple he paid me US$20 a year for domain fees which I advertise on my web site. He told me he can get free domain and 40 mb web space unlimited POP accounts for US$25 including domain name. He expects the same and refuse to be accept that he is paying only for domain fees, I mean if you charge US$25 minus say cheapest US$7 for domain leave u with US$18/year for hosting. I must admit in Singapore I cant survive hosting with that kinda rates. Imagin Sg bandwidth costs 10 times that of USA. I told him I give u some space 200 mb 10Gb bandwidth a mth including web and email no unlimited at US$3 a month on my USA server, he refuse to even answer and keep emailing me now saying I am as bad as his host in pakistan that disappear. Now he told me his previous hoster was at the cheapest place in Pakistan where u cant even park a car. So he knows that he paid 5 years who is he blaming?

Don't even grace him with a reply over this issue if he won't listen. You have provided services purchased and that is all you need to do. ;)

I must respectfully say that you must mind your language sir/madam. :) There are people posting here from all parts of the globe and we do take offense to that.
This particular topic is NOT NEW to the hosting business. There are hundreds of such cases every now and then and its part of every hosting business. There could be MANY reasons why that reseller disappeared. We do not know the complete facts here and even though we do, there is no JUSTIFICATION to curse a nationality. So i request you to be a little careful next time. Thanks! :)

If he says he can get it cheaper, then by all means tell him to do so.
He is not your client, and you have no obligation to service him. If he chooses to purchase hosting from you, then that is a different story. He has failed to do so, thus, you gracefully, terminate his account, and tell him to signup with the cheap host.....he did afterall say he could.....so let him....period.
