a month need to allow irc and be reliable anyone know many "reliable" companys that allow irc on their network? pref with no contract.

That's seems to be exactly rather than around! :-)))

Almost all reliable DC have special pipes for IRC. Though not all of them announce it.

Many that I've read up on blatantly disallow IRC or anything IRC-related on their network. Just be careful before you sign up :)
