I am looking for a shopping cart like lightboxphoto dot com but with the following features
1. Selling Audio, Video, Templates & Stock Photos
2. Sell individual items as well as allowing limited downloads thru monthly Membership subscriptions.
3. Subscriptions are of 3 variations. One which allows full downloads of all categories, 2nd One that allows downloads only from certain categories etc.
4. Individual item sales
5. Paypal & Other payment gateways.

ZEN Cart is the only other one that I know that is somewhat popular with PHP programmers.

OScommerce has hundreds of addons: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions - capable of linking to almost any payment gateway as well as the membership add-on.
